Vending Machines · Cincinnati, OH

Vending made simple, stocked with what your people actually want.

We place modern, cashless vending machines in offices, gyms, apartment buildings, and other busy spots across Cincinnati — then handle all the stocking and upkeep for you. Your people get snacks and drinks they actually reach for, and you get a hands-off amenity that just works.

1

Stocked for your location

Every machine's lineup is based on what actually sells there — not a standard, one-size-fits-all list.

2

Every way to pay

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash — all accepted, no exceptions.

3

Always adjusting

Slow sellers get swapped out. Popular items get more room. We keep tuning it as your building's habits change.

For Property & Facility Managers

What makes a great vending location

If several of these sound like your business, there's a good chance a machine would genuinely be worth it for your staff, members, or customers.

  • People often ask where they can grab a drink or snack without leaving the building.

  • The nearest gas station or convenience store means a walk outside or a drive.

  • It's largely the same people in your space day after day — employees, members, residents, or students.

  • Foot traffic stays fairly steady through the week, not just one busy stretch.

  • There's a break room, lobby, or common area that could use something more useful in it.

  • You'd rather not deal with restocking, maintenance, or a cash box yourself.

  • Your building doesn't have on-site food service, or it isn't always open when people need it.

  • You've thought about adding vending before but haven't found the right partner yet.

How It Works

From first hello to fully stocked

Getting a machine into your building is simple — and once it's in, the ongoing work is entirely ours. Here's the whole process, start to finish.

  1. 1

    You send an interest request

Fill out the short form below with a few details about your space — the kind of building, roughly how many people are around, and anything else worth knowing.

  2. 2

We follow up with a few questions

We'll reach out to fill in the gaps — foot traffic, product preferences, and where the machine might go — so we can plan around your space instead of a generic template.

  3. 3

We match the machine and curate the stock

Based on what we learn, we choose the right machine type and build a starting product lineup tailored to the people who'll actually be using it.

  4. 4

We deliver and set it up on-site

We handle delivery, placement, and setup. Just point us to the spot — there's no heavy lifting or logistics on your end.

  5. 5

We handle all stocking and maintenance — for good

This is the part that matters most: once the machine is in, everything is on us. We keep it stocked, clean, and running, and we fine-tune the lineup over time. You never restock a shelf, empty a cash box, or call a repair tech — it stays completely hands-off for you.

Planning Ahead

Will it fit in your space?

Every building is a little different, so here's a general size range for each machine type and how they compare to a standard doorway. We'll confirm exact measurements before delivery day.

~80"H door frame 36"W typical Doorway 35.5"W Beverage 34.5"W Snack 40"W Combo

Widths shown are the middle of each machine's typical range, lined up against a standard 36"-wide doorway for scale.

Beverage machine

Drinks only

Cold drinks — soda, water, energy, sports drinks — in one machine.

  • Size29–42"W × 33–35"D × 72–76"H
  • Weight~400–800 lbs
  • DoorwayBase is often removable for tight spots

Our current machine runs close to the top of this range, at 41"W × 35"D × 72"H.

Snack machine

Snacks only

Chips, candy, protein bars, and other grab-and-go snacks.

  • Size28–41"W × 30–36"D × 72–76"H
  • Weight~400–700 lbs
  • DoorwayFits most standard doors; wider models may need to angle through
Combo machine

Snacks and drinks together

Both in one cabinet — the widest option, and a good fit when there's only room for one machine.

  • Size38–42"W × 33–36"D × 72–76"H
  • Weight~700–900 lbs
  • DoorwayUsually needs a wider opening or double doors

* General figures — actual dimensions vary by manufacturer and model. Machines are typically moved in on a hand truck and can go through most standard doorways at an angle. Smaller countertop units are also available if space is tight. Narrow halls, low ceilings, or stairs without an elevator are all workable most of the time — just mention them up front so we can plan around them.

Beyond the doorway, the main things to have ready are a level path from the entrance and a dedicated outlet nearby, ideally not shared with other equipment.

Rooted in Delhi, growing across Greater Cincinnati

We got our start on Cincinnati's West Side in the Delhi community, and that's still home base — but we're actively expanding into surrounding neighborhoods and the wider Greater Cincinnati area, one building at a time. Offices, gyms, apartment buildings, and other busy spots are all a good fit, not just one type of business. Even if you're just outside where we run today, reach out — we'd still like to know about your space as we grow.
